"My kitchen floor was in deplorable condition; David and his team turned it into a floor that looks brand new. He did an amazing job! Not only that, they set up so that not a single speck of wood dust escaped the work area - amazing. Their clean-up, too, was great with nothing for me to do, but return the things removed from the area refinished. This was one of the rare instances of a perfect job."

"My hardwood floors are 35 years old, in bad shape. The previous refinishing was terrible! I had to leave the house for a week. The fumes from the polyurethane lasted for weeks. The adjacent carpet with the stain which required me to replace the carpet. Clarks did a fantastic job! With the new dust free sanding I did not have weeks of dusting ahead! With little fumes from the stain I could stay in my house within hours of each stage. Very clean. The finished job left my floors looking better than when they were brand new! I would highly recommend Clarks."

"It was great. I needed a quick repair on a few panels as they were lifting up in high traffic areas. Juan explained more than once that it would only be a tempory fix unless the foundation was first corrected but for me, that was going to have to wait. Until that time, at least I won't be tripping over the floor now! Work was fast and he was able to come by on the weekend. Hopefully he can do another room for us in the future! Thanks so much."

"Jesus Rodriquez & his team did an excellent job removing old flooring & installing new hardwood. They were thorough, patient, efficient, timely & tidy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing flooring!"

"David was responsive and efficient.n He came back later in the day to ensure the repair and staining was complete!"

"You will not find a more experienced & talented floor contractor. Knows his business inside out; confident; detail oriented; outstanding skills; hard worker; intelligent and friendly; deep industry knowledge including current issues/trends/equipment/hardwoods and vendors/contractors in this business. Very competitive pricing; also found sales for the wood flooring we wanted; used the top grade wood & mill for our project; discovered issues with our subflooring and was able to resolve them quickly and completely; his estimate time for completion of our project was right on the mark; Would not use anyone else should I have flooring needs in the future. "They were quick and they did a great job I really appreciate the fresh smell and the fresh appearance of the carpet"

"We recently had our floors refinished after a renovation while we were out of town. Needless to say when we returned, the floors were significantly damaged, uneven throughout, inconsistent finishe, etc. After the prior company attempted to resand the floors, it was clear that they did not understand how to handle cherry hardwood. I called Carlos as he refinished the floors six years ago. He was super responsive and came by to inspect the floors and provide an estimate to our contractor. Carlos and team were able to nearly restore the floors to the prior finish, doing it quickly, professionally and with little dust. They demonstrated their clear understanding of cherry floors, Bona finish as well as of our needs. It was a bonus that he also has a training program with apprentices who were also helpful in this project. They refinished 2100 sft in two full days (with 2 teams). We are grateful for the finish and the professionalism."
